Gospel Train Network (“we”, “us”) is a Christian ministry based in Aflao, Volta Region, Ghana. We respect your privacy and handle your information with care, in line with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

Account details: your name, email address and password (stored securely, never visible to us).
Membership details: name, phone, location and any details you give on your membership application.
Orders: delivery name, phone, address, notes and the items you buy.
Financial support applications: the type of support, amount requested and the reason you share.
Contact enquiries and prayer or study requests you submit on the site.
2. How We Use Your Information
To create and manage your account and free membership, including your digital member card.
To process, deliver and follow up on orders, and apply the member discount.
To review financial support applications and respond to you.
To answer your enquiries and offer pastoral care.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
3. Prayer and Study Tools
Prayer needs and Bible questions you type into our AI-assisted tools are sent to an AI service to generate a response. They are not saved to your account. Please avoid sharing very sensitive details such as ID numbers or bank information.
4. Who Can See Your Information
Only authorised ministry administrators can view membership, order, support and enquiry records, and only to serve you.
Our public member verification page shows only your name, member number, status and approval date — nothing else.
We use trusted service providers for hosting and payments, who handle data only on our instructions.
5. Keeping Your Information Safe
We use secure, encrypted connections and access controls. No online system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
6. How Long We Keep It
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to serve you and meet legal or accounting duties. You may ask us to delete your account at any time.
7. Your Rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw from membership. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
8. Children
Our online services are intended for people aged 18 and over. Younger visitors should use the site with a parent or guardian.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always appear on this page with its date.
