1. About Us

Gospel Train Network (“Go Train”) is a Christian ministry based in Aflao, Volta Region, Ghana. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.

2. Your Account

You must give accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be 18 or older, or use the site with a parent or guardian.

3. Membership

Membership is completely free. Every application is reviewed by the ministry, and we may approve or decline it at our discretion.

Approved membership lasts one year and can be renewed free of charge.

We may suspend or end a membership if it is misused, if false information was given, or if conduct goes against the values of the ministry.

Your digital member card is personal and may not be shared or altered.

4. Member Discount

Approved, active members receive 50% off store products. The discount does not apply to pending, rejected, suspended or expired memberships. Final prices are always calculated by our system at checkout.

We may change or end the discount in future; any change will not affect orders already placed.

5. Orders and Prices

All prices are in Ghana Cedis (GH₵). Placing an order is a request to buy; we will contact you to confirm availability, delivery and payment.

We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a price was shown in error, or we suspect misuse. If you have already paid, you will be refunded in full.

6. Financial Support

Applying for financial support does not guarantee help. Each application is reviewed prayerfully and decided by the ministry. Support given is a gift and is subject to available funds.

7. Prayer and Study Tools

Our AI-assisted prayer and study tools are for encouragement and learning only. Always check scripture for yourself. They are not medical, legal, financial or professional advice. In an emergency in Ghana, call 112.

8. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the site: no false applications, spam, abusive messages, attempts to break security, or copying our content for sale.

9. Content

The ministry's name, logo, teachings and site content belong to Gospel Train Network. You may share our teachings for personal and non-commercial ministry use with credit.

10. Limitation of Liability

We provide this site in good faith. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Ghanaian consumer law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The latest version will always appear on this page, and continued use of the site means you accept it.
